Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the details you share with us at the time of the request. Once we visit your property and confirm the project scope, we will provide a written estimate. The final cost may change if site conditions differ from what was originally discussed. We will notify you of any adjustments before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in additional fees as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated start and completion dates for every project. Timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you updated if any delays occur. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and for keeping pets and children away from the job site during construction.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work. If a defect in materials or workmanship appears within one year of project completion, we will repair it at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, or third-party modifications. We carry full general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on all jobs.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your project after work has started, contact us immediately. We will provide a revised quote and timeline. If you need to cancel a scheduled project, notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been ordered or if work has begun.

Permits and Approvals

Depending on the scope of your project, building permits may be required. We will help you determine what permits are needed and can handle the filing process on your behalf. Permit fees are separate from your project quote and will be outlined in your contract.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes lost income, property damage caused by third parties, or delays beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it through direct communication. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, under California law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
